Engagements
Roundhouse Labs: Founding CEO | 2024–Present
Appointed Founding CEO by Craig James AIA and Stuart Romm AIA — principals of Praxis3, an active architecture firm — to commercialize a decade of proprietary CA data spanning 3,000+ projects and 21,000+ RFIs into a platform that solves the Shadow CA problem: the ~27% of architect capacity lost to construction administration overhead across RFIs, submittals, and coordination.
Building the Company: Leading all functions — product, go-to-market, fundraising, and strategic partnerships — from founding through active commercial pilots with SHoP Architects, BORA Architecture, Premier, and several other firms in year one.
Platform & Differentiation: Roundhouse integrates directly with Procore — the dominant GC project management system — giving architects their own system of record for CA workflow and intelligence. Early access to the Procore Agentic API (Datagrid) is a current competitive differentiator. The platform's CAi layer compounds in intelligence as firms add projects, creating a data moat that deepens over time.
Strategic Partnerships: Advancing Procore Marketplace placement and strategic rpartnerships with Autosdesk & Bluebeam, positioning Roundhouse within the institutional infrastructure of the AEC industry.
Design Council: Structuring an independent Design Council of senior practitioners at industry leaders, and academic advisors to anchor Roundhouse's credibility with the architecture market.

Playbk Labs: Founder | 2025–Present
Built Playbk Labs from a thesis to a deployed, functional product — an AI-powered opportunity planning and qualification platform built AE-first. The founding insight: every major sales platform (Gong, Clari, Salesforce) was designed for the manager. The AE is a data entry clerk feeding dashboards someone else reads. Playbk inverts that model.
The Product: The AE talks about their deal; the plan updates itself. Call transcripts feed directly into a native MEDDPPICC qualification framework, gaps surface automatically, and AI coaching steps are generated from what's actually missing in this deal — not generic best practice. One-click deal review decks replace the stale slide deck with a live plan. Built iteratively as a single-file HTML prototype deployed at playbklabs.ai, with voice input, dynamic coaching, deal health scoring, and a pipeline dashboard.
The Market Position: Playbk occupies the white space at the intersection of frictionless AE input and framework-native qualification — a quadrant no competitor currently holds. Tools with real qualification depth (Clari, Gong, People.ai) are manager-first with high admin burden. Tools with good AE experience (Dooly, Scratchpad, Notion) are shallow on methodology. No dependency on Salesforce or Slack. Works immediately, for anyone, on day one.
The Architecture Vision: Designed as a hierarchical portfolio intelligence layer: Portfolio → Segment → Company → Territory → Team → AE → Deal. Every node rolls up from everything below it. The permission model maps to sports roles — Player (AE), Coach (first-line manager), GM (VP), Owner (VC/executive). Each sees the level of detail appropriate to their decisions — no more. Particularly relevant to VC funds seeking deal-level visibility across portfolio companies.
Commercial Path: Progressing from deployed prototype to commercial-grade product: Supabase + auth → Stripe billing → serverless functions → legal → HubSpot integration → soft launch. Pricing: Starter $99/mo, Team $299/mo, Portfolio $1,500–3,000/mo. Break-even at 10 Starter customers.
